Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the impugned decree and judgment passed in OS.No.131/2011 dated 17.2.2017 on the file of the Sub Judge, Valliyoor confirming the decree and judgment passed in A.S.No.18/2018 dated 22.02.2021 on the file of the Ist Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli pending disposal of the above Second appeal and thus render justice.
Prayer in SA(MD). 108/ 2022 :
To set aside the judgment and decree made in AS.No.18/2018 dated 22.02.2021 passed by the Learned I Additional District Judge Tirunelveli Confirming the judgment and decree passed in OS.No.131/2011 dated 17.02.2017 on the file of the Learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor and allow the Second appeal.
