This petition is filed by the petitioner / third party seeking to grant leave to file a review petition against the order dated 06.01.2022 passed in WA.No.1656 of 2016.

the purpose of reservation as against the established principle that each department is to be taken as a single unit for applying the rule of reservation. The said writ petition is pending. Thus, according to the learned counsel, at the time of hearing the appeal in WA.No.1656 of 2016, the parties to the proceedings have not brought the correct position of law and relevant facts to the notice of this court. Hence, the petitioner may be permitted to appraise the same for reconsideration and reviewing the order dated 06.01.2022 passed in the writ appeal.
