This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 184 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.1000/- in C.M.A.SR.No.42758 of 2022.
2.The notice has been served on
both the parties.
3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 184 days is condoned subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 184 days, in the appeal.
