This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 101 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.5,280/- in the C.M.A.
2.The notice has been served on both the parties.
3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.
- Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 101 days is condoned.
- Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
- Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondent counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
