This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 223 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.14,000/in C.M.A as against the award dated 04.11.2019 and made in MACTOP No.367/2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Judge, Tiruvannamalai.
2.The notice has been served on both the parties.
3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 223 days is condoned subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 223 days, in the appeal.
