This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent viz., G.Selvaraj.

- The counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

- In view of the above and being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The respondents 3 to 6 are impleaded as respondents 3 to 6 in the Appeal suit.
