This application has been filed seeking to grant leave to the applicants/plaintiffs to institute a suit against the 8th respondent/8th defendant.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the applicants/plaintiffs submitted that since the 8th respondent/8th defendant Trust situates outside the jurisdiction of this Court, the applicants/plaintiffs filed the present application seeking leave to sue the 8th respondent/8th defendant. He further submitted that all the other respondents/defendants other than the 8th respondent/8th defendant and the applicants/plaintiffs are living within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel
appearing for the applicants/plaintiffs that both the applicants/plaintiffs and respondents 1 to 7/defendants 1 to 7 are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court and the major cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court, and only the 8th respondent/8th defendant Trust situates outside the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court feels that it would be appropriate to grant leave to sue.
