These Applications have been filed by the 1st applicant/1st plaintiff seeking to permit him to file rejoinder to the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent/2nd defendant, on behalf of the 2nd
applicant/2nd plaintiff in O.A.No.701 of 2021 in C.S.No.331 of 2021 and A.No.67 of 2021 in C.S.No.331 of 2021.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/defendants
submitted that she has no objection in allowing the present Applications.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in
