PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Se.Mu.Aa.No.04/Inspector/S2 PS/Thoodi/2020 dated 16.12.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to give permission to the petitioner to conduct Kabadi tournament from 16.01.2021 at 06.00 p.m to 17.01.2021 till 11.00 a.m opposite to Varatharaja Perumal Kovil, Seithunganallur, Thoothukudi District.
