ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.421 of 2019.
2.A Perusal of the extract of B-diary shows that though the complaint was taken on file on 09.10.2019, till date there is no progress in the case.
3.In the facts and circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam is directed to expedite the trial in STC.No.421 of 2019 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
