Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated from 01.06.2012 to 21.11.2017 for issuing the separate patta an extent of 2400 square feet situated under Survey Nos.8, 9, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 located at Fthimanagar, road no.10 and plot no.3 in Vellar Taluk of Thanjavur District.

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking to consider the representation given by the petitioner for separate patta of the property of the petitioner, which measures to an extent of 2400 Sq.ft in Survey Nos.8, 9, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 in road no.10 and plot no.3 in Vellar Taluk of Thanjavur District.

2.The petitioner has made necessary application through online and has also paid the prescribed fees in the year 2015. It is only https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

advisable that the petitioner makes a fresh application online and makes fresh payment and on receipt of such application, the second respondent/Tahsildar is directed to call the petitioner for enquiry, examine the records of the petitioner and examine whether the petitioner has relevant document relating to title of the properties mentioned and also examine any rival claims and thereafter take appropriate decision. The Tahsildar shall decide the issue within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order or if he decide not to do so, orders shall be passed within a period of sixteen weeks.

3.With the above said observations, the writ petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
