Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, by directing the second and third respondents to survey, demarcate and fix the four boundaries of petitioner's land by laying the survey stone comprised in Survey No.178-2CIA, Karambakudi Village, Pudukottai District as found in Patta No.2491 based on his application dated 02.07.2021 followed by the representation to the first respondent dated 09.08.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

This Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the second and third respondents/Tahsildar, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukottai District and the Firka Surveyor of the very same Taluk, to survey, demarcate and fix the boundaries of the land of the petitioner in Survey No.178-2CIA.
