Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.61, MAWS (Election) Department, dated 20.05.2019 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette on 20.05.2019 in so far as Serial No.56, 24 Wards of the Thiruthuraipoondi Municipality is concerned, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reserve the Ward Reservation as per the reservation rules.
