This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to restore the patta in Patta No.177 in respect of the lands comprised in

2.Heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation which was submitted by the petitioner, dated 02.11.2021, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce all the relevant documents in respect of his possession.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
