Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay compensation to the lands situated at Paimash No.95, 54, 55 and 57 in Elayasandram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District based on the proportionate share of the legal heirs of Late Chennerappa, Late Beedappa and Late Thimmarayappa, Sons of Gupalliyappa who holds a share of 5.50 acres, 4.50 acres and 4.50 acres respectively out of the total 14.50 acres by considering the petitioners representation dated 21.10.2021.

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to pay compensation to the lands situated at Paimash No.95, 54, 55 and 57 in Elayasandram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District based on the proportionate share of the legal heirs of Late Chennerappa, Late Beedappa and Late Thimmarayappa, Sons of Gupalliyappa who holds a share of 5.50 acres, 4.50 acres and 4.50 acres respectively out of the total 14.50 acres by considering the petitioners representation dated 21.10.2021.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioners dated 21.10.2021 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
