DECREE:
This Second Appeal came up for hearing on Wednesday the 1st day of December Two thousand Twenty One and upon perusing the grounds of appeal and Judgment and decrees of the lower appellate court and the same of first instance and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PON SENTHIL KUMARAN FOR MR.S.P.MAHARAJAN, Advocate for the Appeallant, and Mr.Anand C.Rajesh, Advocate for sole respondent and having stood over for consideration till this day this Court doth order and decree as follows:-
(i) that the judgment and decree passed by the II Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli dated 27.09.2004 made in A.s.No.115 of 2004 be and hereby is confirmed, and this Second Appeal is dismissed.
(ii) that there be no costs in this Second Appeal.
