PRAYER: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the Decree and Judgment of the learned District Judge, Perambalur made in A.S.No.75 of 2004, dated 30.06.2005 confirming the Judgment and Decree of the Sub-Judge at Ariyalur made in O.S.No.154 of 1997, dated 24.08.2004.

By orders of this Court, dated 23.06.2021, it was made clear that if steps were not taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant, the Second Appeal would stand abated.
