Second Appeal filed under Section 100 C.P.C. against the judgment and decree dated 28.06.2006 in A.S.No.194 of 2005 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem reversing the judgment and decree dated 22.08.2005 in O.S.No.7 of 2001 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, (O.S.No.203 of 2001, Sub Court, Salem).
