When the Review Application is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Rajasekar, learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent-Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, submitted that the construction at Moolakothalam is likely to be completed within few months from today and further submitted that the 5th respondent is willing to allot the houses to the applicants at Moolakothalam as soon as the construction is completed. He has also stated that, in the event of such allotment, the applicants may be directed to pay the lease-cum-sale amount as demanded by the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board.
2.Mr.M.Gnanasekar, learned counsel appearing for the review applicants
submitted that the applicants are willing to pay the amount, as demanded by the

Slum Clearance Board, on allotment of the houses at Moolakothalam.
3.Mr.M.Rajasekar, learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent-
Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, submitted that the applicants have been accommodated in Kannaki Nagar, Okkiyam Duraipakkam, and as per the list forwarded by the Corporation of Chennai, as early as in the year 2020, temporary allotments were already made and in view of the allotment of houses in favour of the review applicants, the houses at Okkiyam Duraipakkam may be allotted permanently in favour of the temporary allotees, for which, Mr.M.Gnanasekar, learned counsel for the review applicants, has no objection. The learned counsel for the review applicants also stated that the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side may be recorded and the Review Application may be closed.
