When the case came up for hearing today, 22.07.2021, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Cr.No.811 of 2021 has been registered against the petitioners for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 342, 354, 354 A 506(i) of IPC and Section 67 of the Information https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Technology Act, 2000.

2.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a fresh petition seeking appropriate relief.
