The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420, 471 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.not known on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
- Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that petition enquiry in Current Paper in KIO/4097/256/21 was conducted and closed on 24.02.2021 against the petitioner.
