PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for records relating to the proceedings in C.C.No.911 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Tambaram and quash the same and allow this Criminal Original Petition.
When the matter is taken up today for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner passed away on 20.12.2019 and the charge against the petitioner has abated.
2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner passed away on 20.12.2019 and the death certificate to that effect has been produced before the trial Court and the case has been been closed as charge abated.
