Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed (i.e) petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e, on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No. 5254 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 2399 of 2021 order dated 28.04.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

vide Order dated 28.04.2021 in Crl.MP.No.5254 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.2399 of 2021 modified the conditions imposed by the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 28.04.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
