Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners is directed to appear before respondent daily at 10.30am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9774/2021 dated 23.06.2021 in Crime No.26/2021 pending on the file of the Inspector of police, All women police station, Mailaduthurai and thus render justice

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.MUTHAMIZHSELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

Vide order dated 23.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 23.06.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, on every Friday at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court on each and every date of hearing. All other conditions remain unaltered.
