Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P.No.7376 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9038/2021 order dated 03.08.2021 for executing the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Jayankondam, Ariyalur District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.NIRMAL KRISHNAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

Vide Order dated 12.05.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. Further, this Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioners on 03.08.2021. Again, this petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to comply with the conditions. All other conditions remain unaltered.
