This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 148 r/w Section 151 of C.P.C To Extend the Time to comply the conditional order more particularly to represent the I.A.SR.No.4969 of 2019 in O.S.No.230 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Nagercoil as per the order dated 29.01.2020 passed in CRP(MD) No.123 of 2020 before this Honourable Court.

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the frequent returns dated 22.11.2019 passed in I.A.SR.No.4969 of 2019 in O.S.No.230 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Nagercoil.
ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.S.Vashik Ali, Advocate for the petitioner, this Court made the following order:
