Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order for substituted service to the 1st and 4th Respondents by way of effecting publication in a daily News Paper so as to complete the service in the above Suit [IN CMP.No.15040 of 2021].
Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.V.SUNDARARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:-
This petition is filed praying to order Substituted Service to the respondents 1 & 4 by way of effecting publication in a daily newspaper so as to complete the service in the above suit.
2.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petioner is directed to take paper publication in one issue of
"Makkal Kural", Chennai Edition, by mentioning the hearing date as 07.11.2021. The publication shall be effected atleast 10 days prior to the next date of hearing.
