the delay of 526 days in the Re-presentation of the written Statement in the suit C.S.No.452 of 2016.
Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the Court made the following order:
This application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 526 days in the representing the written statement filed in the above suit namely, C.S.No.452 of 2016.
2.Heard Mr.K.S.V.Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr.A.Chidambaram, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3.Mr.K.S.V.Prasad would submit that the delay in representation of the written statement was due to the fact that the counsel was infected with Covid-19. I therefore, find that the delay has been explained satisfactorily. This application is allowed, the delay of 526 days in representing the written statement is condoned. The written statement is taken on file.
