Udhayakumar for perpetual period.
c) For costs of the suit.
This civil suit coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr. K. Harishankar, advocate for the plaintiff herein and Mr.Y. Anil Kumar, advocate for the 2nd defendant herein and Mr. Madhan Babu, advocate for the 3rd defendant herein and the 1st defendant herein nor appearing in person or by advocate and upon reading the plaint and the memo dated 29.07.2021 and the learned counsel for the plaintiff having submitted that he has got instructions to withdraw the suit to that effect he has also filed a memo and this court doth recording the said statement and
it is ordered as follows:-
