PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take the administration of Waqf properties in Sikkandhar Badusha Dharga situated on top of hill in the Thirupparankundram and connected Pallivasal situated in Thirupparankundram Town under direct management till the selection of Committee through election by the respondents based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2018 and 01.03.2018.
