PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned assessment of vacant land tax by third respondent issued in Notice bearing Na.Ka.No.7741/2009/A2, dated 29.07.2009 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the third respondent to assesss the vacant land tax for the petitioner's land in accordance with the G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 20.08.2009, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (Election) Department.
