O R D E R

Mr. R. Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, states that due to bifurcation of Districts, the property is now transferred from the jurisdiction of the Tahsildar, Kundrathur Taluk, with effect from 29.11.2019. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make fresh application to the concerned authority and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
