The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2020 by affording opportunity within a time frame.
2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that the 2nd respondent had already issued notice to the parties calling upon them to appear for enquiry on 30.12.2020 at 11:00 am and that the enquiry would be conducted and orders would be passed within a period of four weeks.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 to the effect that the 2nd respondent would complete the enquiry and pass orders within a period of four weeks, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
