Mr. A. Bharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that to rectify the mistake crept in the revenue records, the petitioner has given a representation dated 14.09.2020, however, the 2^nd respondent has not considered the same yet.

Mr. E. Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the 2^nd respondent had already issued a notice calling upon the petitioner to appear for enquiry on 24.12.2020 and further submitted that the 2^nd respondent would conduct enquiry and pass suitable orders in accordance with law.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, I direct the 2^nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2020 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
