Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim direction directing the respondent to remove the seal and open the shop of the Petitioner in Shop.No.N10-N134-308-16G, NSK Salai Shopping Complex, Chennai-24 (in WMP.No.15538/2020) pending disposal of the above WP.No.11744/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AUXILIA PETER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.KARTHIGA ASHOK, Standing counsel for the 1 & 2 respondents the court made the following order:-

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Karthiga Ashok, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of Corporation of Chennai.

2.Taking into consideration the request made by the petitioner, the 2^nd respondent is directed to remove the seal and open the shop belonging to the petitioner on 24.09.2020 at 11.a.m. The petitioner shall be permitted to remove all the materials inside the shop. The petitioner must ensure that all the materials are removed on the same day. The 2^nd respondent after the removal of all the materials, shall again close the shop and put the seal on 25.09.2020. The directions given by this Court shall be strictly adhered to.

3.This writ miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly. Post the main writ petition along with connected writ petitions.
