These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Srinivasaragavan, Advocate for the Petitioners in CRL MP(MD). 1469/ 2020 & CRL MP(MD). 1468/ 2020 in Crl OP(MD) No.3576 of 2019 and MR.V.Sivasubramani, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD) Nos. 1471/ 2020 & CRL MP(MD). 1473/ 2020 in CRL OP(MD) No.3577 OF 2019, and of Mr.S.Chandrasekar Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent in all cases, this Court made the following order:

On 18.02.2020, this Court allowed the restoration petitions in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.1468 & 1471 of 2020 by imposing cost of Rs.2,000/- to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.

2.The order of this Court dated 18.02.2020 has been complied with and the main petitions in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.3576 & 3577 of 2019 is restored.

3.The petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.500/each towards Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.3576 & 3577 of 2019, dated 08.03.2019, within two days.

4.Post the matter on 28.02.2020 for reporting compliance. Sd/-
