This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.777 of 2019 in J.C.No.39 of 2008 dated 18.12.2019 passed by the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai.
2.Earlier by an order dated 06.02.2020, this Court has
allowed the petition in respect of P.W.16, P.W.17 & P.W.18 and directed the respondent to enquire P.W.1 to find out whether she is willing to appear before the Trial Court for cross examination and report before this Court on 17.02.2010.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ counsel for the respondent would submit that P.W.1 is not willing to

appear before the Trial Court for cross examination once again.
