Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

This Court by its order dated 07.11.2019, imposed certain condition on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of the Chief Justice Relief Fund (Payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry).
