Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit me to withdraw the amount deposited on the file of the Hon'ble IV Additional Family Court in M.C.No.579 of 2013 as per the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 20.09.2019 in Crl.MP.No.13419 of 2019 in Crl.RC.No.944 of 2019 by issuing a cheque for a sum of Rs.50,000/(Rupees Fifty Thousand) in favour of the petitioner, pending disposal of the above Crl.RC.No.944/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ASHOKKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. V.V.SAIRAM, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

This petition is filed by the petitioner/wife seeking permission to withdraw a sum of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the respondent/husband to the credit of Crl.MP.No.13419 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.944 of 2019, on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai.

Heard both sides. The learned counsel for the respondent stated No Objection for withdrawal of the said amount.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.50,000/- by filing appropriate application before the trial Court. This petition is accordingly ordered.
