Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.I.ABRAR MOHD.ABDULLAH, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.MYILSAMY, Advocate for the first to fourth respondents and of MR.S.M.MANOHAR, Advocate for the fifth to seventh respondents, the court made the following order:-
In this petition, interim order of stay in respect of passing final decree alone, has been granted on 13.04.2018 and the matter has been kept pending till this date.
2.Interim order already granted is made absolute and
accordingly this petition is ordered.
3.Post the appeal after four weeks.
