Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents, their men, agents or servants or anybody claiming through them from bringing the suit property for sale under Section 69 of the Transfer of Property Act, (IN CMP.No.12421 of 2017) pending disposal of the above appeal (AS.No.324 of 2017).
Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.AZHAGU RAMAN, Advocate on behalf of the respondents, the court made the following order:-
In this miscellaneous petition, on 10.08.2017, an order of interim injunction was granted until further orders. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
