ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner seeks survey of the land in Survey No.34 and 487/1 of Thiranipalayam Village. It is seen that the fourth https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent herein had earlier filed WP(MD)No.17301 of 2017 seeking survey of old Survey No.33/4 and New Survey No.487/1 in the very same village.

3.Thus, both the parties seek survey of their respective lands. Hence, the respondents 2 and 3 herein are directed to survey the lands of both the parties in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
