PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant compensation to the petitioner for death of his son by the accidental drowning at the time of bathing in the village tank by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2018.

2.The petitioner's son died due to drowning on 22.12.2010. The petitioner seeks a payment of compensation for the said accidental death. The petitioner has given a representation dated 09.11.2018 in that regard. The first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
