As per the order of this Hon'ble Court under reference cited, this Court hath directed the Registry to call for a report from the Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, as to why the application represented by the petitioners is not yet numbered till date and as to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition on or before 30.01.2019,after furnishing relevent copies of the documents.
