Heard Mrs.A.L.Ganthimathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent.
2.The petitioner filed this writ petition praying for a direction upon the respondent to forthwith remove lock and seal of the property at D.No.168A10 and 18/5-2A, Block No.4, T.S.No.36/1 and B6/2 Old S.No.68 Upper Lake Road, Kodaikanal.
3.The Hon'ble Division Bench in the case of Kodaikanal Hotel and Resort Owners Association v. State of Tamil Nadu in W.P.(MD) No.914 of 2018 has issued directions to the Municipality.
4.In the light of the same, we direct the respondent Municipality to abide the direction issued by the Division Bench and inspect the property and take action in accordance with law.
