2.The petitioner filed this writ petition to quash the impugned order of the third respondent dated Nil under Sectoin 56(2A) of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner has already been disposed of by the Government and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
