PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order of the second respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.128/A1/2009 dated 31.10.2012 and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to disburse all the service benefits inclusive of death benefits to the petitioner's minor grand daughters namely Monicaa, Sonicaa and Nilopher in connection with the service of his deceased daughter by name T.Selvi Roseline Yesuvadiyal as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulates.
