PRAYER: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in Ref.No.MSU/R/ESTT/T/SPKCES/Head i/c/2013 dated 30.12.2013 issued by the 1st respondent quash the same and consequently, to hold that the 2nd respondent is not eligible to hold the post of Head in-charge, Sri Paramakalyani Centre for Environmental Sciences of the 1st respondent University.

ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent made a submission that both the writ petitioner and the second respondent retired from service. The very relief sought for is to quash the dissent of the second respondent as Head in-charge.
2.In view of the fact that the second respondent has already retired from service, no further adjudication is required in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
