This petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 30.01.2017 and to direct the respondent to reconsider the petitioners claim with regard to compassionate appointment in light of the Judgment of the Honble First Bench of this Court in W.A.No.524 of 2012, dated 16-04-2012.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has no instruction from his client.
Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
