The writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari, calling for the records of the 1 st respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Memo No.108537/G.11/G.111/2018-1 dated 31.12.2018 and quash the same.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed a writ petition challenging the transfer order dated 31.12.2018, transferring the petitioner from Perambalur Electricity Distribution Circle to Generation Circle at Tirunelveli, this Court while entertaining the writ petition, has granted an order of interim stay.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents produced a letter dated 26.09.2019, wherein the respondent decided to retain the petitioner, the same is usefully extracted as follows:-
